Middle of day 2. I've already had 2 servings of fruit. Now let's see if I can get in at least 3 more servings of fruits and vegetables today! Also thinking of counting carbs. As in no more than 45g or something. I'm not going atkins or paleo.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
