7pm and I'm done eating for the night. Ate mostly cookies for dinner, but calories turned out okay. Went to Yoga Nidra, but I'm not sure that counts as exercise. It's good for my mental and physical health though, and for me it's just as important to keep up this new habit! Every Monday at noon. Still committed to doing cardio 5 times this week.
