I had a "spike" day this weekend (which is better than saying I lost my mind and threw myself off the wagon). I've gained a lb. a day since then. Today I am on the straight and narrow again. I blame TOM for some of this but I am not freaking out... yet!
Yesterday I failed the certification exam I needed for work and then my computer crashed and so I just took the day off to lick my wounds. Now I am playing catch up for lost time. I finished book 3 in the Game of Thrones series, though. Best one yet!
