3 wks of a whole different schedule & no exsercises and I've gained ..5lbs...Our grown Son has had to stay with us until he finds a home to rent..He's going thru a nasty divorce..where his ex wanted the house & everything..including her multiple boyfriends..and our Son had finally had enough of her, agreed to ALL and that still wasent enough for her..BUT thats no excuse to me eating and not working out..all I can say is I'm tired..all the time..My hubby went on 3rd, both Sons are living in our house again aand all have different work schedules..Im cleaning & cooking for 4 now and I need 2 knee replacements..they are hurting so bad..ok I guess Im done feeling sorry for myself...got to get on with the day...Im taking back myself today..Gonna do this!!!!
