Did really well Monday & today except I wanted to exer. again today & couldnt due to company..but maybe I'll get some form of exer. in tonight after supper..
We got our new Ins. script cards yest. which means my health ins card is coming days from now & I will finally beable to get both knees replaced with the new 3D Conformis knee..6 wks or so to recover, not as awful as the old off the shelf knee replacements..they are made just for your legs by a 3D computer..It give me encouragement to lose more weight & exersize so I can enjoy a little bit of summer!..thanks to all of you who keep my trying!
