I'm going to start using creatine in conjunction with my protein supplements in order to attempt to increase muscle mass. Based on my research, I'll benefit from a 5 day loading phase, followed by 15 days of maintenance, and then 8 days of washout. That will fit in well with my p90x phases. For my weight, loading is 21 grams per day, 4 times a day, and maintenance is merely 2 grams a day, directly after my workout.
I'm going to continue to do more research on the topic, however, to see if there is anything else or anything better that I could be doing.
