I think it's time for me to change up my diet again. I've plateaued here. I feel like I've put on some muscle lately, but I'm a bit stale on the fat loss. I'm going to focus more on protein and fiberous carbs and intensify my workouts. Hopefully I can see a drop in weight soon. My hope is to still get down a pound each week from now on. A 1/2 lb will even be OK, as I'm very close to my goal weight.
