Morning Lovelies ♥

It has been a while since I have written, been a little busy with uni and what not as well as a little tired and lazy, so hadn't been bothered to write journals. I am going to try and write every week day and if I slack off in the weekend it'll probably be cos I'm short of time.

I haven't been the healthiest with my food journal, probably due to the laziness factor, nor have I been filling out my exercise diary something I am not proud of, at all!

Today will be a definite improvement, I can guarantee that

INSPIRATIONS

This machine

Does anyone know what this machine is called? I know its a hybrid bike of some sort and i love it, I can spend ages on here and just read my notes and then WHAM! an hour has passed!

Pumpkin I'm lovin' it!

I have always loved pumpkin the color the taste, everything. If all vegetables tasted as good as pumpkin I'd be a vegetarian, unfortunately they don't :(

Lingerie

Nothing is more beautiful than feeling good in lingerie. Even if I'm lazying around it always makes me feel like a princess.

GOALS

Looking good is the best revenge

Why look terrible when you feel it? Life is too short!

Cooking

Cook something nom nom for my flatmates and I. I swear the aroma from cooking alone makes me feel full!

Dye my hair :D

I have successfully reached 105.
It's lava time!!!

Enjoy your Monday

Don't be too hard on yourself for not logging everything. I know I use to be and I end up just saying screw it! But don't let it go either, sometimes you end up keeping the habit. It's hard sometimes to keep up. I try to log as soon as I can on my phone when I'm out and then on the computer when I'm home. I'll be at restaurants looking at the menu and looking on FS to compare points and calories. lol When I exercise at the gym, I log everything in my notes on my ipod so when I come home I can put all the info in correctly. I love the hair color! I have always wanted to do that but never had the guts to and I think it won't be 'socially excepted' where I work at. :\

The bike is called a recumbent bike :)They have that at my gym too. Great for the hamstrings but you don't burn as many calories as say, the elliptical. But I agree it's a great exercise if you have to do something else or you want to read or something. I usually do it when I feel pretty much done with my workout and I'm just waiting for my man to finish his. In other words, almost every day :)

LadyAng: I ALWAYS log my food, I didn't for a bit but that was cos I was travelling. I don't feel so bad when I don't log my exercise, but I do like to see the math difference in input vs output. Lol I have started to use the calorie counter on my iphone but it isn't always the best, it can be a little iffy at times. Haha, I'm probably trying to get the most of my radicalism out of my system, I know there is no way in hell I will be able to do such extreme things with my hair during my internship. I'm just lucky that I'm still in the middle of my second degree. Uni kids don't seem to care too much, apart from the occasional "OMG your hair is *insert color here*" You could always go with a "splice" those seem to be SO popular these days all over the place. K8yk: Yeah, I love my elliptical! I usually do it at the end when I'm almost finished also. I can't believe I've fallen in love with it, I used to think it was boring!! Aww thanks so much for the name :)

Awesome hair, love. =) I re-dyed mine on Friday night and there is *nothing* that makes you feel as good as being back to bright and sassy. And congrats on hitting 105!! I can't get over how fast you've achieved this - I hope you're very very proud of yourself. I'm act6ually going to go to the gym tonight for the first time in MONTHS. I prefer a normal stationary bike to a recumbant one, as a rule. Anything where I can just exercise away while reading and listening to music is fine by me!!

I ABOLUTELY ADORE pumpkin! My altimate fave dish is a pumpkin tortelini with a brown butter walnut glaze a friend brought back from New York. So I have never had it again-everywhere else hasn't EVEN come close! I still dream about it ♥

Ferlengheti: The brighter it is, the more I crave it! You know? The more I lose the more I want more to come off. Trust me and my ridiculous extreme nature. I'm semi-proud, but I'll be more proud once I reach my goal I have in place atm. Then the next goal can go up :) Yay! Gym time :) Have a great work out!! Stehanie: YummY that sounds REAALLLY good! Maybe I'll have to get my friend who lives in New York to send me some, you've got me drooling on my computer!!

Yes dye your hair and be crazy while you can! I have 5 tattoos and used to shave my head on occasion because I liked the way it looked :) Neither of these things would go over in my little corporate office world. Sometimes I feel like I'm living a double life :)

Haha I try to think my radical ways will somehow disappear once I'm qualified, but I'm afraid they get more extreme with age. Some people just have great shaped heads, lucky you! I think I do live a separate life, my 'clinical life' and my normal one. I've found a way to even look "socially acceptable" for my patients when I have for clinical's. A wig! I manged to keep up a facade for over 6 months while 'working' in the hospital. Sporting brown shoulder length hair. When actual fact under it I was cobalt blue. I was only found out when one of the nurses saw me out clubbing, with my real hair. Oh the mystery, it's like I'm 2 separate women. I kind of like it, my alter ego is an angel :)
