Today I ate all gluten free products and I'm hoping no cross contamination was presented. Have also nipped on a smoothie that was made two days ago but I think it has a binding agent in it that is giving me a reaction so I will trash it because of the soy milk containing carrageenan....I will chooes better options such as Goya Coconut milk..
