Been too busy to keep up with posting my meals... know it looks like burgers is all I eat but not so, have the photo's to show but no time it seems to input into system and when evening comes too tired to do all the looking up or inputting because its not listed... gotta love the tedious harshness of weight control.

I know it’s hard because I do it too... but try not eating in front of the computer. Mindfully eat and chew your food thoroughly before swallowing. It can do wonders to telling your body you’re full :)

that looks yummy.. I would take out the pick though, it has high sodium/salt and it makes body retaining water and not lose weight as fast as we would like.
by cutting salt out, I lost 12 pds in 3 weeks.. never thought salt does this.

@naynaykay, computer lives on table. I don't eat and use at same time...don't want crumbs and stuff on keyboard.
@fashfosh, don't do pickles very often and I didn't salt the meat. Plus, one of the meds I take expels water which I drink about 1.5-2gal per day ( sorry, love my H2O).
@Timmer123 & Muop, bread is not a regular unless it's a sandwich which could be English muffin or bagel (but garlic bread is a must with spaghetti 🤪) rice on the other hand could be a problem. I'll consider giving those up if/when I hit a plateau, but as long as it's coming off consistently we'll keep adding the veggies and fruit and small portions.
