Not as large of an increase as I expected. I have a four hour window today for eating before my fasting starts so I better get this out of the way. The next two days will be 20:4 fast days due to my work schedule. I don't intend to cut the calories further down than normal, but the time in which I'll be able to eat is pretty short. That won't be bad because most of that time will be during work or sleep.
230.6 lb Lost so far: 117.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck - I do 18:6 or 16:8....18:6 is sometimes hard for me so amazing you are doing 20:4

It is easy enough HCB. I just don't eat after around 6 PM. It is easy enough to not eat when you don't have the time! A few hours later is bed, then I work a non stop shift until 1PM. Then I have to cook my food so that's about 20 hours before I eat again. It is not something I can do every day though. I was supposed to stop eating about 15 minutes ago, but I haven't hit my calorie quota for the day so it'll throw it off a bit.
