D1srupta's Journal, 11 August 2016

This week has been very hard. Physically and mentally demanding for sure! I'm keeping at it though, and I'll be enjoying a weekend soon enough!

I'm not overly surprised by the weight increase and expect to see a fairly large decrease tomorrow morning.

I tried on my "progression" belt that I used to wear and found that I could tighten it two more notches than the last time I tried it on. I also had a couple customers come in and comment that they could see a difference from the last month or so. It always gives me a little bit of a boost when that happens. Another customer commented after the first customer did, saying "yeah, I was thinking what happened to that other guy".

I'm planning my weekend out as I'd like to have some tasty foods this weekend. I'm thinking I'll have a pizza or Chinese food. I'll keep the calories in check, but the "refined" carbs might go up a bit :P.

Do not fret about occasional weight gains, sometimes they are just result of more on muscle gain and less on fat loss (as far as i have observed). Enjoying occasional tasty foods is not bad cause if we wont then it becomes easier to break out of diet... at-least for me (Its been really tough for me to follow my diet so I am also planning something awesome tonight. My trainer is going to get mad at me though.) that being said, as my nephew told me, it is better not to become result oriented but make it a lifestyle. I think for people like us its better that way. Make it a life style and don't think of it as a target.

Mmmmhhhh.....I always eat tasty food, why would I bother to eat something that wasn't tasty? But pizza and chinese are not on my list. I don't mean to criticise, you have done so so well and you obviously know what you are doing. Have a lovely weekend :)
