Broke into the 230s! Woo-hoo!

Progress from May 15th:

Neck 16.75 Down: .75
Should 48 Down: 3.25
Chest 44.5 Down: 2.25
Waist 49 Down: 1.5
Hips 42.75 Down: .5
Thigh 25.75 Down: .25
Calf 15.5 Down: .25
Biceps 16 Down: .25
Forearm 12 Down: 0
BF% 35.4% Down: .7%

This officially puts my weight as the lowest it has been since I was 20!

In about 15lbs I'll be the lowest I've ever been in my adult life.

I am fairly certain that the calculators I've found for body fat percentage are very off. I know that there is a caliper test that is far more accurate, but I find it difficult to measure myself with a caliper. I find it hard to believe that I have a lean mass of about 155 lbs versus about 84 lbs of fat as a 6'3" tall man.

Does anyone have any suggestions how I can find a more accurate measurement?
239.4 lb Lost so far: 108.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
