2 pounds on :-(
I really need to look at my portion control as I know I tend to have a healthy appetite and pile the food on my plate
Well tomorrow is the start of a new week so I will just have to try harder

185.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Me too! We had a an early Thanksgiving celebration this past week since most of my family was in town. 2lbs isn't all that bad considering how much I ate over those few days. Back on track for 3 days now.
