Counting Carbs or Calories? What works for you?
I found that watching my carb intake works better for me. I used to eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole wheat grains and all of that, but that doesn't really work for me unless I eat very little of it. Very little for me. So eating more and more protein and not being concerned with fat, I can eat more, feel satisfied, and lose weight, even with the occasional treat (a candy, risotto or a fruit for example).

I'm on Atkins and I don't find it that restrictive. Perhaps the two weeks of induction, yes but apart from that, one can eat virtually anything! I travel and I find it easier to adapt on Atkins. There is always black coffee, meat, eggs, lettuce somewhere.
