Wow 😮 didn’t expect that I ain’t gonna lie.
Started truly strength training (before I was strength training at home 20 minutes 3 days a week) last Thursday at the gym. I added 200 calories to my daily intake, my body is simply adjusting ☺️
119.2 lb Lost so far: 80.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
