N just like that the scale forgets about all I ate for my brothers graduation. my family sees the fun me but I most definitely make sure I get right back on track
118.3 lb Lost so far: 81.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

this is my third time losing a bunch of weight...this time around I'm learning to not fall of the wagon for long periods of time....will help me maintain for the long run! definitely a skill to learn
