The meal looks good! I am new to using this app, and just this minute learned we have a chat!
Retta, I just want to say I am in absolute awe of your accomplishment!!!! How long did it take you to become today’s weight? A year, two, three? But still, wow, congratulations.
My goal is more modest, but as we know, it is hard for everyone. I have had the most success using this app in 19 years. I was 231 in April this year, and 228 in July. Started this app in mid-Septmer and my AM weight before breakfast this morning was 211. My first goal is to get under 200# which goes back to 1990. My second goal is to lose 20% of my highest weight, which would be 185. Then I will re eval and set a new goal.
You give me hope!

@Stromie it took me 6 months to loose 100 pounds, and 2 years to loose 235, and thank you, everyone here is a great encouragement, I appreciate all of you.
