DID GOOD AT WALMART..GOOOD SUNDAY MONRNIN...made out my list last night an stuck to it this morning when i went to walmart at 6am..takes longer to drive the 10 minutes to an from then to shop anymore..still came home with 5-6 bags..most of its weekly prep food...did buy some string cheese ..gonna try an make cheese bread sticks later today..use either riced cauliflower as the breading or use almond flour mixture..not sure yet..one of them i gotta talk myself into getting in the mood to experimenting...and with it being..84 and feeling like 93 outside..in no hurry to turn on the oven to experiment..so might put it off for a few days..

did do a short 13.5 miles this morning..didnt even want to ride..but needed 2.4 miles to get my 100 miles for the week..hated to let myself down for that few a miles..was a warm ride..did 2.5 laps around town an came home an got inside where i could feel that cooler air..

started out i had it figured if i rode 20 days per month..that would give me 2 days per week off to rest..this month ive only took 3 days off ..one of which i walked 2.5 miles..an have been riding till i just need a day off..when i started i had it figured i needed 18 miles per day..5 days per week..11 months..as i didnt really start riding consistantly till last week or so of jan...just figured it up...lol...2847...minus 4000..equals 1153 miles ....4 months left in year...im thinking..im gonna have more then what im shooting for...but i have noticed an even when i talked to my friend other day that rides from time to time on my trainer...trainer just seems harder to ride on then being outside on the pavement..so time will tell...i figure anything over 18 miles is extra even when i finally start using trainer as the days start getting colder an i curse cause i want to ride..but i dont want to have to layer up in thermo insulated riding gear to do it...

o well...time to get up an put chicken away...prepped up 2..3 pound bags for prep for the week..need to go an slice an dice the jalapenos up an get them set up for weekly prep..do a few dishes..up up up...
