CRAVING SALT YESTERDAY..gooood eclipse day..monday for the rest of us..woke up at 330am..tired..even thought about going back to sleep..but stayed up an played solitaire like i do every morning..to get woke up..even when i was playing solitaire i was thinking..could always go back to bed..but stayed up..longer i stayed up..more i knew getting on bike this early in day probably wasnt gonna happen..today would be day 7..body is tryin to tell me its tired..an im not listening...at 6am..was headed out the door..went for a 1.7 mile walk..i miss walking so much..but by the time i get back home from a walk...an sit down..i cant bend my knees to sit in the chair..just have to more or less fall in..once i set down for a minute..im good to go again..an riding a bike doesnt even bother them at all...no i havent been to the doctor...

well guess il finally get up an see what i can get done in the kitchen..make a salad for later..was 72 when i went walking...an mugggy..we had storms last night an it knocked power off for 3 hours...suppose to be cloudy in illiniois...so probably watch eclipse on tv..might even be a spot shower they are saying...o well...

QUESTION..for anyone that worksout or rides alot..i know its important to rest from time to time..which i havnt been taking my rest days off this month..ive rode 17 days out of 21 this month..walked 2 of them days..making 19 days ive worked out...an only took 2 full days off...im thinking of taking time off..i do this often..but never follow thru cause i enjoy riding when i can...any thoughts
