Weighed myself again to see if there is any progression. Weigh the same as I did when I weighed in last time. Not seeing any progression these last couple of weeks. I've been dialing in the carbs and making sure to keep to my calorie levels. Just not seeing any progression. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Perhaps my metabolism has slowed down a bit? I don't know. I'm not even seeing progression in measurements so surely something needs to be adjusted.
