I weighed myself today just to see where I was, not as good as I hoped but not as bad as I thought. I am up about 4 pounds. I have one more week of travel and eating out 3 meals a day so hopefully I don't go any higher. However, while we are in LA we don't have a car and will most likely be walking everywhere we go so that should help a little.

On the home front for now it's been nice to get some workouts in and I tried some new ab moves last night so we shall see if they work...
