Hey! Dropped another (almost) two pounds in the past ten days. It's been a challenging week because of a new addition to the household, and a couple of dietary hiccups. Now that the missus is back from her business travel I can return to my twice-daily workout routine during the week. The new addition, a two-year-old male chihuahua, is also adjusting well to our habits. My half-marathon is in four weeks and I feel good; a touch under-trained but not hurt.
