Latest laboratory work return: Total cholesterol is down by 33 points...all the other lipid "numbers" are in the normal range, and the total bilirubin (which was a touch high) has decreased to just-above normal values. And my complete blood count/differential is normal. Whether it's due to the statins, the improved diet, the increased exercise (running has gone much better as of late), or a combination of the three...hard to say. Step(s) in the right direction.
