I'm up too early! Oh well. Logged all my food for the day, going to try and follow the beast nutrition plan today although I really like IF. I guess I can switch it up. Today's shoulder/ab day w the beast. I think I'll get a morning walk in. Yesterday I didn't meet my watch goals due to my rest. Oh well. My quads r feeling sooo much better I swear they felt like cement blocks. I can move my arms and my chest is rock hard, sore to the touch but soooo much better. I'm taking singulair so I can't take Advil but yesterday I didn't take it until midnight. So no Advil Advil today just healthy food

I am becoming a believer, that having some food in your stomach is good, maybe better. I have been munching walnuts and almonds from Costco. That is good you have been doing all the exercise. You have a great weekend, and good workouts and diet.

Thanks all. Beast arms and abs- check baby. Whew. Been awhile since I did ab work. I even fought the urge while making FIL cinnamon rolls. I didn't even lick the knife or anything! And he asked for seconds so that was two times I had to look at them. Gonna do a blueberry shake then chicken for a snack then kale salad w sirloin for din din. I love meal planning dh not so much but too bad. 😝

Blueberry shake sounds good - I use blackberries or raspberries, but have done blueberries in the past - yummy!
