I have been biased against Intermittent fasting ever since I started losing weight 3 years ago.

I have begun flirting with a daily 20/4 window, and good things are happening. More to come.

The new gym is excellent. I've been helping a friend get acclimated to lifting, so ive kind of put my personal goals aside to help him out for a couple months, but then I will be working with the strength coach at the gym who is a west-side trained conjugate expert (my favorite training style). Hes going to set me up with 8 weeks of programming.
