I have resented having to lose the SAME pounds OVER AGAIN,
but it had to be done (SIGH)...Thank ALL of you for your
Valuable Support.
Have a blessed MEMORIAL DAY. Be thankfulfor EVERY PERSON who died to give us our freedom. Please,
ALWAYS REMEMBER, FREEDOM isn't FREE,IT comes at a GREAT SACRIFICE!!!!!
322.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

STT58, I understand your frustrated just focus on retaining your momentum like you did when you first started this journey. You will lose this and more. Sometimes one has to look back to move forward. I know you can do this!
