Hi. How tall are you? Any idea % of body fat? Are you logging everything you're eating and weighing the food?

Are you eating enough? I find that if I cut my calories by too much, my weight
loss slows/stops.

I'm almost 5'7, my body far is 37.7, I'm only bringing in about 900 calories a day. According to the gym I'm a member of, they told me I need between 1600-2100 calories a day. But if I eat that much, I won't lose a thing

If i drop below 1200 my weight loss stops and sometimes I even gain. That whole starvation mechanism kicking in. I know it goes againt the grain but try to keep it at at least 1200 everyday. That extra 300 calories you could lose with activity easily and your metabolism won't slow down. Worth a try if you are stalled.

It's possible that you've just hit a plateau and your body is adjusting. It happens to just about everyone. Just keep doing what you're doing and your body will respond.

looks like you lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks and 3/pounds per week is a good loss. I weight myself just once a week because weight can fluctuate every few days. I might get depressed if I weighed myself often and did not see positive short term results.

Eating too little in calories can actually cause you to gain and be damaging to your metabolism. Just a thought, you might want to up the calories a little and see what happens? Also, it helps a lot to measure all food and enter every little thing into your food log. I've found that if I just guesstimate I don't lose weight as well because I tend to eat more than I'm accounting for. Keep on the path, when we get to times we seem to be stuck we have to figure out how to get unstuck. However according to your chart you've lost about 6lbs in 2 weeks, that's decent weight loss! :)

Try eating 1300 -1500 ish and watch your carbs. You could be eating low calorie but way to many carbs and get stuck. If you fill up on protein and vegetables first a little fruit, you will naturally fall into a healthy, comfortable range where you will lose weight but not feel like you are starving.

Jmb3450 and Lilylabyrinth both made great suggestions! I might say trying to lose 15 pounds a month (45 pounds by May?) is not realistic. You set yourself up for frustration.

Well, I had 1350 calories, 135.3 carbs, 90.93 protein, 51.69 fat.....today.... is that good or bad

I am on a 800 calorie goal. I can lose .5 pound a day when I watch my sodium. Sodium is just as important and sugar!

If I may suggest...it is not calories it is nutrition. Often when people cut calories....the cut nutrition....Use Cronometer

According to my gym. I should bring in 200 - 250 carbs a day

That would be grate if you were maybe maintain but when you want to lose, forget calories and go low carbon. When you ear low carbon your calorie count goes down without even trying. For instance two servings of veggies is going to have less calories than if you had one serving. Of veggies and a potato.

If the gym says eat 1600-2100 calories a day, and nothing happens, drop 300 calories, not 700 calories. Drop carb's keep your protein high, and fat moderate around 23%-28%. Remember you do want carbs in your diet. They give you energy so you can do your hard work. Otherwise you will feel fatigued, worn-out, lethargic. And you wont get anything done.

My food intake is very high In nutrients. Only reason someone would or should of shown concern was If you were cutting out meals or nutrients to reach your. 900 calories. If done right, you'll never be hungry and will have plenty of nutrients and yummy food. In my case I eat 5 meals a day. Egg whites and spinach for breakfast, cottage cheese and fruit for snack, chicken rice veggies for lunch, blackverry and celery For snack, and chickens and veggies for dinner! I eat more on a800 calorie diet than i do eatting my two junk meals a day. I'm cutting my calories, adding the meals, andyummy fresh veggies.
