So far. I have kept true to my exercise. T25 by Shaun T. And hip hop abs. My eating habits have changed. I seem to eat more mostly because of the energy I am burning. But I have cut bread out. Eating more break times and trying to eat more breakfast bars along with low fat yogurt. The fact is". This is my new life and I am in control of it. I will win"
