Greetings Buddies!
Happy Day of Thanks! I hope we all can be truly thankful with the company of loved ones. It is about life...not just food!
With that said, I know I will need to have a plan. So, I plan to drink a full gallon of water throughout the day (to help fill me up and flush the toxins) and start my plate with the turkey (protein) while taking small portions of the rest. It will be a Carb-o-looza, though! They say the average Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings is about 4500 calories and over 200 fat grams!
Moderate, moderate, moderate...and stick to your proteins!
The new word of the week is MODERATION.
I am dedicated, determined, and diligent.
