I've had a definite lack of motivation the last couple days. Both in exercise & eating healthy. I'm trying to "get back on the horse" so to speak, so I can keep up some kind of positive progress. Just got back to the gym today after taking a day off. Felt good to get moving again, but I wasn't in the "zone" like I used to be. I'm hoping my drive comes back soon, because even though I'm not losing as much weight as I'd like, I'm feeling better every day and my clothes are feeling loose:)
