So i caved i was soooo hungry i just had to eat... and *sniff sniff* i had McD's... :cry: and went way over my calories for today... but i am going to do i hard core workout tonight to make up for it... but i start my new job tomorrow and i am going to have to fight the temptation of all the yummy junk there is to eat... well off to work off all those extra calories...

what diet are you doing??? bagels, mcd's bread...all are NOT part of Fat Flush... I think you need to be on a different support board as you are not doing what the rest of us are.

as i said i caved today... i had to eat or i was going to pass out... (i know i should have bought a salad or fruit cup)...my body is def. not used to having no carbs and very few calories... tomorrow i am going to do better and really buckle down... if i can't do it tomorrow i guess i have no willpower and will quit, i will never be able to diet... which makes me feel like i probably can't do much in life if i can't stay on track of a diet that doesn't really have a lot of food choices... i know i am working out a lot more that i am looking at the calories that i am eating in one day but i have to basically cut them in half... so tomorrow its egg whites, lettuce, more lettuce, and a fruit cup... i hope i can do this cause i feel really depressed that i can't at the moment...

Lexi, maybe you should try a different diet instead of giving up completely? Try the one on here called "calorie counting diet" or whatever it is. That way, you can eat bread and dairy but just, cut down on your calories. It might help you feel fuller and make you less likely to go for junk or fast food. You need to feed your body--and if your body can't handle this diet, it isn't fair to push it on yourself. Try to find one that better suits you, and you'll find you'll do so much better. Hope I helped sweet pea--it's quarter to one so I might not have made any sense. Adam still isn't home from work. Gah. Love ya

Do you have a copy of the book? When you truly do this diet, there are many food choices. You are not limited to just eggs, salad and fruit cups. The supplements you take, and eating as they tell you to eat, will not cause you to even feel hungry...its amazing but your hunger cuts out...most people (me included) have to remember to eat! There are many excellent recipes. I made chili for my family tonight. It sounds like you are limiting yourself to the diet you found in a magazine and not following the true Fat Flush Diet. You should be eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. You can have 2 approved smoothies too.
