34...543am...good Monday morning...have to ride out to hospital this morn to sign paperwork so I can transfer medical records to doctor I'm seeing on wed...also have eye app. on wed if I keep it...gotta call them today an check with them..got another Dr apt on their to get stitches out..way to many Dr apt.. not use to seeing a doctor but every 5-10 years...if then...

back to eating normally again today...with my healing not sure if drinking the protein shakes are good or bad...no exeecise...so..trying to keep eye on everything...

Well Mike gosh.... I do hope you get to feeling so much better...we had flurries this morning but Im not complaining look at Minnesota and its totals...Good morning Mike...feel better my friend;)

Thanks for all the support while I mend...its hard for me....cauae I've always bee. So active over the last several years..now to be in slow motion...

Forgot to mention..when I was in er other morning...my blood pressure right before they gave me ok to leave was 131/81...hr 65....considering it took 4 guys to lift me up right to sit on gurney to get in ambulance...im sure all the peddling and eating cleaner ..has made a huge difference...
