Well I am going with my son's Venture Crew this summer to Colorado. Should be a blast. We are white water rafting, going to Royal Gorge, Hiking up into the mountains for several days and several other things. Bad thing is I am out of shape and overweight. So I have to get serious. My family doctor put me on a diet pill and I have cut myself down to 1200 calories per day. Once my chiropractor releases me I will start at the gym. I need anyone who reads this post to hold me accountable. The weight loss is crazy this week 7 lbs in 2 days. I definitely did not starve so I am guessing either the scale is crazy or it was all water weight. Guess we will see. Here is a pic of where I am going.

The first week or two will be a lot of water weight, but soon the actual fat will start to burn away! Calorie deficit and keep foods as pure and clean as possible. Good luck to you! That sounds like an awesome trip to be going on! I did white water rafting years ago out there. You'll love it!!
