I worked out tonight with a friend.... and I am hurting...boy did I work my legs. :) But I am going to work out tomorrow night as well. I have been sleeping good and feeling better. I am going to work on fixing my food diary and cleaning up my pour eating habits. I have been researching a way that I can eat the foods that I love and still loose weight.....my conclusion is coming down to I need to change the foods that I love to eat in order to create a new me, so I am going to work on some new recipes. Wish me luck. I hope all of my buddies are doing well and staying positive. One meal at a time. :)
