How to you measure the calories for the homemade curries? I’m struggling to calculate...I made kidney bean curry yesterday today I’m going to make leg tikka with palak. It’s hard to work out the calories

Hi moglo04, I do too struggle with working out the calories as well as its never made for one serving. What I did for this entry was to weigh the chicken first and searched for chicken curry. Then I weighed the peas. It is long winded but you'll get there in the end. Also try google.

I’m on the desktop site and add shedloads of recipes to my cookbook. Works a treat although it’s a bugger to scroll through when you want to add them again. On desktop you can also save meals to add again and again. It’s all time consuming but if you’re searching and typing you’re not eating, yes? 😉. All the best!
