when I started this again I "guestimated" my weight because I do not have a working scale. and the last time these pants were on the verge of not quite fitting, about 5 years ago, I was at about 214, soooo I assume I'm in the same ballpark.
I know the scale seems to dictate our lives so I am going to try it without the daily weighs or the disappointment when I think I worked so hard and the numbers don't change or they do but not in the direction I was thinking.
I am in a 30 day "challenge" with a DVD. and even when I am tired and don't feel like it, I know that it is only 30 minutes and I get up and do it, because I really have no excuse. Otherwise all I do is sit on my butt and watch tv so yeah I can give up 30 minutes.
Although I do have to say the "high" everyone seems to get from working out is not in my physiology. I don't feel better or energized. I feel more tired. But I will keep trying because I know it is better for me, my closet and my bank account.
