Woke at 220.8, up 1.8 from yesterday after eating three square meals yesterday. UPDATE: Ate a good breakfast and lunch at my conference. Then I came home and ate too much at dinner. It was mostly veggies (including those stuffed mushrooms and some spinach with Ranch dressing. Also added a coconut wrap and nut butter. And two glasses of white wine. I'll be doing the 800 calories per day Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMD) this weekend, which will allow me to catch up a bit. Got down to 218.8 before bedtime.

I'm going to look into that FMD things more. After quick google and read, I may be inadvertently close to it. My daily intake is ranging around 30% if my BMR and 61% of my cal goals below that. More knowledge, more tools in the tool box.
