ok. so my journaling has been minimal as i've struggled through a stall and a gain... a lot of frustration... and a few break downs and melt downs.
So starting monday (as all diets/life changes begin) i decided to suck it up and keep it moving. I'm finally down to only 4 lbs from my last weigh in (trust me.. that's better than it was)... and its only wednesday.. i still have a few more days before my official weigh in... and i plan to keep it going.
I stuck with my resolve to start jogging/walking 30 mins every morning.. well since the beginning of this week... so i'm fairly sure that i'll fall right back into place of being a habitual occurance. feels good.. and i've been in a better mood since starting.. its helping me also keep my eating in check...
so i'm hoping to resume my daily journals... hope this week i at least get back to my low.. would be amazing to get below that.. but considering that i was up about 10 lbs i'm just happy to be close this week..
have a good day fs'ers.

You Can Do IT!!!! You'll see that number shrink down and get even lower. Just keep working it girl. You got this. :)

journaling helps me. get your focus back and keep up with the jogging watching the food intake. you'll get back to the low.

I'd wondered about you the last few days--hadn't seen any posts. So glad to know you're back on track! Don't stress about the gain, you're on track now, and that's what matters...it will all work out! You go, girl!!
