Ok, the scale is frustrating me severely. Somethings gotta change...

So starting Monday (maybe even tomorrow).. i'ma wake my happy ass up at 5:30 and start walking/jogging again. My time is very limited since my separation, however i have to get this in. at least for a start.

However, i'm chillin in my size 10 jeans and they aren't tight... so i'm sure the scale is just fkg with my head.. just tired of sitting at this spot... wanna progress..

so walking it is.

good luck! i started walking regularly recently and oh man, what a difference; it's highly recommended. :)

Formulate your goal and strategy and you got this! And remember, if you've been working out with cardio or weights you will be gaining lean muscle mass as well which weighs more than fat. The scale will also fluctuate a couple lbs due to water weight. I use the scale as a basic tool, but also look in the mirror and look for changes. That for me is the true test of gains or losses. One time I weighed 2 more lbs, yet looked leaner. Go figure! :)

@CJT yeah there's been times the scale is up when i feel slimmer than a lower weigh in.. i think my issue too is not having measured myself... i need something besides the scale to have a comparison.. i hate that thing..

I have to step my game up too. I started going to the gym in the morning as well as the evening starting today! Somethings gotta give right? Need to get off that vacation mode :)
