Sasha-Anne's Journal, 19 June 2012

Well I'm trying to drink a lot more water and I am managing it so far, I'd never usually drink much so it's a habit I've t get in to! I have done my DVD already today but I feel energetic so I'm going to do it again once the wee mans in bed, if I can keep up doing it twice a day I'll surely start to see results?! People have said though that if I'm gaining muscle it may not show weight loss on the weighing scale but rather through trying on clothes? Is ther much truth in is I wonder? Either way I'll know once I get the body I'm happy with and if it doesn't necessarily mean weighing less but just looking better then I'm down with that!!

It is very true Years ago I did a 10week (weights )exercise and diet program I didn't lose any weight but boy did I lose fat.The weights were in my lunch time.Twice round the machines within 30minutes and then climb 3floors back to the class 5 times a week. You can do it:)

It is definitely true! I weigh myself, but, because I'm working out and toning, I have been measuring myself too. You will notice in your clothes fitting better, or becoming loose, but if you're into numbers, measuring your waist, hips, bust will help boost your confidence!

Yeah I might actually measure my waist and see do I find any difference that way, its pretty discouraging when you start working out every day when you never did before and the scales don't show it! I've only been on this for a week now and I do notice a difference in my legs and arms, not as jiggly as before! The stomach will be the hardest to tone (I'm sure that's the same for most people!) but I guess ill just keep doin what I'm doin and hope for the best :)
