You may have noticed that I skipped my weigh-in this week. It was a complete accident!
I had plans to go out of town on Saturday, (my weigh-in day), and overslept and ended up running out the door and completely forgetting the scale.
Of course I later remembered and was very upset with myself. However, there is no way that I will weigh myself on any day besides my scheduled weigh-in day. So I skipped it. And I'm hoping that this Saturday shows at least a two pound loss from my last weigh-in, since it will be for two weeks.
I'm going to cook a big vat of brown rice tonight! Looking forward to seeing if I can learn to love the taste of vegan dishes. :-) I hope that all of my buddies have a great day!
