I have renewed my enthusiasm, not sure how, and am slowly but steadily headed towards my goal weight again. Good luck to me, and to all my fellow travellers!
132.4 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
