Mondays - Gotta love them. New week , new start , no more holiday horror parties, chocolate eggs, church cakes.. I feel renewed by my binge. I realise that my addiction is REAL, if it wasn't then I would have just indulged in the odd nibble of chocolate over the weekend, like my mum did for instance. It still makes me laugh that to lose weight and shift my body back into ketosis my food diary is going to say 70% FAT! I was taking trousers in at the waist last night , to get a bit more wear out of them. I will not be taking those stitches back out again, I can tell you. Whatever ruins your diet, makes you stronger in the end...
