Britty 1992, Thanks for your encouragement. I also want to tell you I don't think your comment settings are on because I couldn't find where to talk with you. I just wanted to tell you I'm not on the keto diet but there are alot of people that are on this website. I'm counting calories when I stay on the diet. But we can still encourage each other. Also I am more like your mother or grandmothers age. I only have one daughter and she is grown. She is 37. You said you have pcos. What is that? I'm not familiar with it. Until next time.
