I've been working VERY HARD these last 2 weeks as part of my work's Fitness Challenge to incorporate several 1-2 minutes of exercise into my day throghout my day. I guess it's working!! I've FINALLY dropped below the 160 mark!!! I'm celebrating with veggies & grapes for a snack!!
159.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
