Well it did move some. That's good and totally unexpected. Shocked that it actually went down after the week I had! Oh and my bar went from red to yellow so I'm getting closer to my first goal!!!! Happy about that!
Its a beautiful day here. 82! Nice for a walk in the afternoon. I'm gonna take my dog for a walk and then come home and do my other work out. Today seems like it is gonna go fine. I'm already in high hopes. Cramps are not as bad today either!
