I have my weigh in coming in the morning. I don't think I did very well this week. I'm hoping there will be a lower number there but then again I fear they won't be. And being bloated does not help at all. PMS is kicking my butt right now lol. By any chance if there is a lower number tomorrow then I'll be happy as can be but either way I'm not giving up. There is always another day. One bad week is not a good enough reason to give up. Actually I don't think there is a good enough reason to me,that would make me ever wanna do that. I hope everyone is having a good day!

Your attitude is awesome! I felt the same way last night but was pleasantly surprised this morning - I wish you the same result or better! Regardless, YOU should be very proud of yourself.
