My eating today was spot on..just need to include a bit more fruit and avoid the salty stuff which i just love especially lays chips..who am i kidding i just love food..salty, chewy, fatty, etc however now that i am making better and healthier food choices when i am bad my body tells me it's craving the good and healthy stuff..so i will listen to my body more often..the battle continues.

Hey - I think you did a great job today! Think about how you made all those healthy choices...you slipped in a few chips...but look at all the good choices you made, AND you walked today, too. Stick with it!
