pretty disappointed with myself today. went over my calorie count and ate meat. after a long week I found myself just not caring. at least I had some control, just not enough.

maybe try what i did. i eliminated one meat at a time every 2 weeks until i was full vegetarian. i started with pork. that was 15 years ago. i don't miss any of it and i am at my goal weight.
